We look forward to your visit, please be aware of the following:

• PPE will be worn by us at all times, this will include masks, visors and aprons. 

• 15 minute slots will now be present between clients to allow sufficient time for cleaning, therefore I will not be able to see as many clients in one day as I once would have been. 

• For the above reason I ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please give a minimum of 24hrs notice! Less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% charge, and clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be asked to pay the full treatment price. 

• If you feel unwell, please cancel your appointment and no charges will be incurred providing you have informed us. 

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Please come alone to your appointments where possible and please leave unnecessary items at home or in your car.

• We are asking that all clients (unless you have a medical condition) are to also wear a mask during your treatment. You can  use your own mask, or we can provide one for you for £1.50. 

• When entering the salon, clients will be asked to wash their hands thoroughly. 

• Card payments are preferred.
